The Benefit Fund Office is currently seeking a Retirement Services Coordinator responsible for assuring that retirement plan participants receive the best possible service and response to all matters relating to their retirement plan.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for calculating and processing pension as well as annuity applications, handling participants' requests, corresponding with participants and retirees, and managing data updates.
- Qualifications and Skills
* Two years minimum experience in a similar environment working with retirement plans,
* Some college education is preferred;
* Excellent computer skills are essential.
* Very detailed oriented.
*Excellent good communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Strong understanding of retirement plans and calculation processes.
