Wealth Management Associate
Location: Springfield MA
POSITION: The Wealth Management Associate is responsible for supporting a team of Financial Advisors. This position requires a self-motivated, dependable individual with exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
The Wealth Management Associate is responsible for high-quality customer service, portfolio analysis and communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to problem solve and critically think through the handling of operational tasks and client service-based projects
- Effectively communicate with clients and Financial Advisors regarding initial and ongoing stages of the Financial Planning process
- Help build the foundation of clients’ financial plans through organization, analysis, and entry of clients’ wealth and financial data into financial planning software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activities in the firm's CRM
- Consistent and proactive communication to clients and colleagues in a timely manner for status updates and organizational efficiency
- Assist with special projects including firm-wide client mailings, client event coordination, document scanning, and other ad-hoc projects
Specific Qualifications:
- Past financial services industry experience a plus
- Morningstar Advisor Workstation and Right Capital Financial Planning Software experience a major plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
- Previous CRM experience
- Understands basics of different brokerage account types and client types
- Understand basics of brokerage account processes such as RMDs, 401(k) rollovers, etc.
- Broad knowledge of different types of securities such as stocks, mutual funds and bonds and asset manager styles

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
