What You Will Do
You will own the Retention & CX channels overseeing retention revenue growth within our D2C channel and ongoing effort to build Chomps brand voice at large. You will own execution on Email, SMS, Loyalty, Subscription, manage continued growth strategy for these channels and projects that relate. You will manage partners and consultants needed to execute best-in-class retention efforts. You will oversee the Customer Experience team, managing analytics behind the CX channel to continuously work through process improvements. You will be required to work in tandem with the greater Ecomm team, Brand team, and Operations team to be a cross team collaborator to execute strategy as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage email strategy and execution including monthly schedule, segment building, A/B testing, creative strategy, and execution on all email sends in collaboration with consultant and/or agency teams and tool support.
- Monitor and optimize email flows related to new customers, subscription, restocks, new flavors, upsell, reviews, shipping, and other alerts related to Customer Experience and retention
- Collaborate with 3P Ecomm team and Omnichannel team to execute retail focused email sends, as well as ongoing Amazon and other ecomm email sends
- Grow and elevate SMS strategy and conversion. Own agency relationship, execute SMS sends, monitor and report on MoM performance.
- Own revenue projections, channel forecasting, budget inputs, and profitability reporting related to all retention channels within D2C forecasting and profitability analysis
- Manage loyalty program and ongoing growth initiatives related to growing participation and awareness to increase retention revenue.
- Manage Chomps subscriber base and growth initiatives to continue to build profitability and retention within subscriptions.
- Plan, execute, measure & report on strategic sampling opportunities and surprise and delight tactics for subscribers and top customers
- Collaborate and support other ecomm retention projects and improvements through paid advertising, influencer, and affiliate to improve experience, subscription conversions and other customer feedback.
- Enable brand projects as they relate to retention conversion including QR code experience, landing page new customer conversion and reporting, and other seasonal campaigns initiatives related to growing Email & SMS lists.
- Accept responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Marketing department
- Lead customer service team through strategic processes and ongoing improvements driven by analytics to continue to be an outstanding experience for our shoppers.
- You will manage ongoing training initiatives and continued education as it relates to CX process improvements.
- Own trend reporting and escalation as it relates to volume projections, operations trends, customer requests and other areas
- Evaluate areas of opportunity for Customer Experience to be a retention and marketing channel with measurable impact on E-Commerce revenue and site metrics
- Collaborate on E-Commerce & Marketing strategy and planning activities on-site to execute a seamless Customer Experience for sitewide sales, new product launches, and other related initiatives
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience, CPG / D2C growth brand
- Analytical proficiency and excel skills
- Experience on Platforms such as: Shopify, Recharge, Postscript, Yotpo or equivalent
- Leadership and team management
- Innovative creativity
- Customer experience support or management
