Deliver extraordinary support to customers and vendors while exemplifying company values.
Through oversight of all key Account Services functions, provide operational and tactical decisions and execution to ensure world-class Customer/Vendor service and Sales support. Working closely with the Office Manager, set and deliver on key business objectives leading to ever improving business health for the company and customers.
Primary Responsibilities

Ensure your team provides world-class support to our Customers & Vendors
Ensure your team effectively and efficiently dispatches deliveries, swaps, drop-offs while driving duplicate dispatches to near zero
Manage required dispatch coverage M-F 8a-5p (subject to change)
Ensure your team effectively and efficiently processes on-time: Tallies, Counts, Product data
Drive ever-improving relationships with Customers and Vendors
Drive vendor compliance while ensuring your team effectively and efficiently processes job data on time
Ensure your team effectively and efficiently onboards new Accounts (Customers, Sites, Vendors)
Urgently elevate issues that may need to be remedied
Hire, retain, mentor, and lead a highly competent, motivated National Account Services support team
Manage performance reviews to your team members during their annual anniversary month
Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding training program for any new hires on your team
Implement cross training and job rotation to ensure your entire team can complete all tasks
Oversee projects/tasks as assigned and provide effective communication through completion
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required preferred
5+ years in supervisory roles within a Customer Service Department within a Logistics/Dispatch company

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
