Position Summary

A Retail University Relations recruiter is a talent advisor to business leaders selecting and hosting our retail interns, which is a strategic pipeline for our Store Manager in Training (SMIT) development program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop influential relationships with Hiring Leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to provide expertise in the university recruitment process.
  • Host recruitment events in partnership with hiring leaders and develop and own new national partner relationships.
  • Identify best practices in attracting community college talent and provide plug and play execution plans for team members.
  • Provide an interview slate of diverse, qualified candidates to hiring leaders and support the interview and offer process for an assigned market(s).
  • Provide a topnotch candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Work in collaboration with a variety of colleagues to provide programming during the retail summer internship program, supporting workstreams, and driving a best-in-class student experience.
  • Support conversion goals through adequate screening and intern care; contribute to efforts to reduce reneges and improve conversion to SMIT.
  • Build partnerships with career centers, faculty, student organizations, and administration of universities and community colleges within assigned markets.
  • Work with Team Lead to build efficiencies and consistencies across the teams.
  • Contribute to team meetings through idea sharing, discussion, and input.
  • Complete all necessary training and become highly fluent in hiring processes and proficient in tech stack.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to reduce reneges and improve conversion.
  • Under leadership of Retail UR Senior Manager, identify and execute opportunities to elevate results and achieve team goals.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, retail, or related operations experience
  • Willing to travel for business meetings and recruiting events within state and out of state 


Preferred Qualifications

  • College recruitment experience preferred
  • Preferred location in southeast United States (i.e. FL, GA, TN)
  • Experience with Phenom, RippleMatch, WayUp/Yello, Veris Insights

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
