The candidate we are searching for is team oriented and can work in an inclusive environment while driving sales and service. They are expected to tackle multiple tasks in a timely manner and ensure our company’s values and promises are the driving force behind each interaction. You will become a product expert and understand the importance of product knowledge and its influence on the customer interaction through all forms of sales.

As a Kelley’s Kookies Team Member, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding and becoming a product expert
• Communicate with customers to ensure an exceptional experience or resolve issues
• Ability to use company databases, software, and platforms
• Providing service to customers in-store, over the phone, through delivery outlets, and/or any outside events
• Access to reliable transportation
• Recommend, select, and help locate products based on customer needs and desires
• Adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
• Becoming food safety certified to ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages
• Storing food and beverage items in designated containers or storage areas to prevent contamination and spoilage
• Assisting with various food prep, garnishing, finishing and/or light work tasks
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing store

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
