SalaryJapanLA is hiring Shipping/Receiving and Sales Associate Team Members! We are a retail store specializing in cute or "kawaii" brands of Japan and Japanese-inspired brands from the U.S. like Hello Kitty, Rilakkuma, and tokidoki. We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented person to pack/ship online orders and receive/process shipments that come in. We are also looking for Sales Associates to work the brick & mortar retail store. This is a hybrid position, working the front of store and the backend is required.
Must have at least 1 year experience in shipping for e-commerce or other Retail Sales field.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be very organized and detail oriented
Positive attitude
Duties include:
Pull/Pack/Ship Online Orders
Quality Control - make sure orders are packed correctly
Count and back stock shipments
Pull/pack pickup orders
General cleaning and organizing
Follow safety procedures
Sales Associate Duties include: greeting customers, cashier, pulling/restocking products from the backstock, helping customers on the sales floor, merchandising, and other retail store duties
