Retail Store Manager
Retail store is seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! Applicant will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a Retail Store in Raleigh that ultimately results in sales for the store. This position offers a competitive base pay, commission and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and motivate Assistant manager and Team Members
- Maintain adequate inventory in location
- Track monthly sales and trends for business forecasting
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Responsible for increasing lagging sales
- Direct the efforts of 3-5 Team Members
- Responsible for sales promotions and hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Recruit, Hire, and develop team members and team leads
- Drive sales, company initiatives, and company culture for the store
- Work closely with Loss Prevention to decrease shrinkage and increase loss awareness
- Responsible for all aspects of marketing and advertising
- Responsible for posting to Social Media platforms
- Looking for a creative individual that is willing to think outside of the box to create unique shopping opportunities for our customers

Requirements:
- Two or more plus years managerial experience in a Retail Store capacity. (Hard and Soft lines experience preferred)
- The proven ability to motivate and develop Team Members at all levels
- Proven track record increasing and developing sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Have an entrepreneurial vision to own your own store in the future (Nice to have but not required)
