Qualifications & Competencies:
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- At least 3 years of Management/Leadership experience.
- At least 3 years direct responsibility of leading 15 or more people in multiple departments
- At least 1-year experience direct responsibility for annual revenue of at least $5 million
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holiday
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., team lift 100 lbs.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Serves as a role model and coach
· Builds and maintains a strong and highly productive team
· Ability to plan, delegate and manages tasks
· Ability to manage the store in a manner designed to provide customers a positive shopping experience in a neat, clean and safe store
· Responsible for managing the store opening and closing processes
· Ability to analyze store financial and business data
· Ability to recruit, interview, and manage team

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
