Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide leadership and guidance to store employees
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new employees
- Train and develop staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing initiatives to drive store traffic
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Experience in store management or related field
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
- Proficient in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
- Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Experience in sales management and achieving sales goals
- Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis
