Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a talented team by hiring, training, and mentoring employees.

- Maintain high standards for store appearance and visual merchandising.
- Inspire and motivate your team with positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Act as Manager on Duty and focus on loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher education is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience is required.
- Proven leadership and team building skills.
- Ability to create eye-catching and effective visual displays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.
