Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance and growth through effective management and customer engagement.
• Lead a talented team by hiring, training, and mentoring employees.
• Create a clean, enjoyable, and safe environment for both customers and employees.
• Analyze financial reports and control expenses while increasing sales.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance and visual merchandising.
• Inspire and motivate your team with positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Act as Manager on Duty and focus on loss prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or higher education is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience is required.
• Proven leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to create eye-catching and effective visual displays.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is a must.
