Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Retail Store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and have a strong interest in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic retail math
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written is a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in operating POS systems is a plus
- Experience in phone etiquette is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
