Stellas Pet Stuff which is a pet supply store headquartered in Raleigh, NC.
The days and hours are as follows.
Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
Sat-Sun 7am - 5pm
Since this position is located at the flea market you will be responsible for set up and tear down everyday.
We will provide reasonable accommodations if you have any difficulties in completing this on your own.
The pay is starts out at $325 a week plus commission.
You make 25% of the daily sales once they accumulate $150, which is paid out on your check weekly. Also any tips accrued can be counted at the end of shift and kept for yourself.
(Basically if each day you hit $400 in sales times that by 7 which is $2800, which in return makes you $700 on top of your pay check.)

There is a commission only option in which you do not have the responsibility of setting up and breaking down, all you do is sell product.
The pay for this commission only based position is as follows
Tier 1 -
Net Sales of $1 - $49 (15% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 2 -
Net Sales of $50 - $99 (20% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 3 -
Net Sales of $100 - $149 (25% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 4 -
Net Sales of $150 - $199 (30% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 5 -
Net Sales of $200 - $249 (35% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 6 -
Net Sales of $250 - $299 (40% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 7 -
Net Sales of $300 - $499 (45% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.
Tier 8 -
Net Sales of $500 + (50% Commission) + .58 cents per miles if your commute is 10 miles round trip.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, returns, and exchanges
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
- Ability to perform product demos to showcase technical features
- Knowledge of technical sales is an advantage
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed
