Retail Store Associates

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our Bud Board team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in a secure manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email with professionalism and courtesy
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with wireless sales and product demonstrations is a plus
