Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions, and completing sales transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and ensuring that products are displayed appropriately.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with assistance as needed
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide information about the features and benefits of products
• Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and special promotions
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and cleaning up spills or messes as needed
• Ensure that products are displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends in order to provide excellent customer service
• Upsell products when appropriate to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
• Assist with inventory management and ordering products as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
