The Job
evo stores are far more than a place to transact; they are place for community and comradery. The Snoqualmie Pass store proudly showcases evo's trademark blend of sport, culture, art, retail and service, delivering a specialty retail experience with a thoughtful blend of hardgoods and soft goods for skiing, snowboarding, and biking as well as curated streetwear and accessories. There is a full-service shop that handles all things ski, snowboard, and bike along with an extensive fleet of rentals.
The Service Supervisor is member of the store management team, accountable for team performance and daily operations associated with running a retail location. They are also responsible for managing all operations of the bike and snow service departments as well as rental programs. They will partner with the Store Manager and the Service Manager in blending a focus on our unique guest experience and best practices when it comes to providing positive sales results and top-quality workmanship. We are searching for a supervisor who is passionate about our culture, the outdoors, and crafting exceptional experiences for both our employees and our guests. They are responsible for the store's success through customer service, community engagement, and providing authentic and friendly customer experiences for all.

The Opportunity

- Lead and direct the activities of service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Assist in hiring a diverse team and developing store employees by providing thorough training, consistent actionable feedback, genuine recognition, and ongoing meaningful dialogue.
- Deliver consistent quality workmanship, while working quickly and efficiently to exceed expectations for the guest.
- Work directly with the store manager and other store supervisors to manage employee productivity, customer experience, and service shop presentation.
- Oversee operations of the Service shop and Rental programs: Including but not limited to sales, payroll, expenses and inventory control.
- Ensure that all company policies and practices are communicated to staff and practiced consistently.
- Attend product clinics to gain a solid understanding of the gear and be able to assist on the floor when needed.
- Create a safe and secure working environment that is supportive, positive, respectful, and free from harassment.
- Responsible for assisting in upholding the service shop as the physical representation of the evo brand experience.
