Job Description
STRUT HAIR SOLUTIONS is hiring another team member in our consultative environment to offer the best solution for thinning hair or medical hair loss and educate the client about the products and services that would best suit their clients needs/goals. We do this through sales of our wigs and hair extensions.
You'll be part of a business in which you help clients look and feel their best with more hair! Giving back their confidence and self esteem.
This position entails:
Helping clients check in
Answering phones
Helping clients check out
Offering support products for them to purchase
Calling clients to make sure they are happy with their purchase
Taking client before and after photos
Sales of our hair products
We're looking for a candidate who can:
-Ensure that a high level of customer service is always provided
-Help multiple customers easily and efficiently
-Work ethic that goes above and beyond
-A love of beauty and hair is a plus
-Detail oriented - complete daily checklists
-Reliable
-Take packages to the post office and getting change from bank
-Our hours are Tues-Saturday 10-5pm 30 hrs a week
-Paid training (don't worry if you've never worked with alternative hair before)
-Candidate must have retail or salon sales experience. This is NOT an entry level position.
-There is room for growth!
Candidates that do well here have previously worked at places such as Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Macy's, Beauty Supply's, Etc. & previous salon front desk.
