We are an advanced family law firm that is searching for an experienced Non-Attorney Salesperson (Client Engagement Specialist) to market our legal services to potential customers. This role involves holding meetings with leads that have scheduled visits at our practice - this includes both remote and in-person consultations. No cold calling is needed. Prior experience selling professional products is a bonus. The ideal applicant for this job should be considerate and understanding, with a passion for helping individuals in their most difficult and stressful times. The ability to collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing crew is a must for achievement in this role. This position is based in our Murrieta, CA office and offers an income of $48,000 per month + bonuses, health insurance & 401K.Compensation:

$48,000 + bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pipeline of leads and potential new clients including tracking and use of the firm’s client relations management program
  • Ensure client satisfaction with legal services offered by the firm through post-engagement systems
  • Engage in networking functions to generate leads and potential new clients for the firm
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with current and former clients and other business referral partners
  • Work with the marketing team and assist in implementing various marketing strategies and activities
  • In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, the Non-Attorney Salesperson will not provide legal advice or enter into a legal services agreement with any potential client. The Non-Attorney Salesperson will prepare clients for hiring the firm with legal service agreements approved and signed by a licensed California Attorney. Cold-calling prospective clients are strictly prohibited and the Non-Attorney Salesperson is bound by all ethical standards as laid out by the State Bar of California

Qualifications:

  • A strong record of setting and achieving challenging goals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with potential customers easily
  • Proficient with technology and the ability to become familiar with new software quickly
  • Knowledgeable Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales programs
  • Keen insight to identify opportunities to boost conversion rates
