The primary responsibility of the Retail Sales & Technology Support Specialist is providing planning, administration and support for the servers, systems and devices used in the food service operations across a multi-unit university foodservice account.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible, monitor and maintain total POS Administration, and managing of the POS system
- POS Software Set-Up Operation & Troubleshooting
- Hardware Ordering, Inventory & Audit
- IT Architecture - UMN & CG USA including audit mapping between UMN & CHE
- BOOST Set-Up Operation & Troubleshooting
- Office Technology Operations
- Ad hoc reporting and special projects
- Financial Dashboard Creation
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related fields preferred but not required
- 2+ years of progressive IT experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute concurrent tasks independently Strong Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Capabilities.
