Mosaic has been retained by Philip Morris International's U.S. affiliate, Triaga Inc., to operate Triaga's retail channels in the U.S. Mosaic is seeking Retail Sales Specialists to provide in-store support and contribute to the advancement of a smoke-free future in Austin, Texas. Retail Specialists who will welcome all legal-age smokers and nicotine users as they enter the store, be attentive and available to understand their needs and provide an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will be a goal-driven individual, expected to create and promote an extraordinary experience that is focused on the consumer, while guiding all legal-age smokers and nicotine users through relevant store experiences throughout the entirety of the interaction and purchase. Retail Sales Specialists will also be responsible for after-sales service and support, including but not limited to stocking shelves and cleaning store. Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the store.
Pay Rate: $21-23/hr
Schedule: Day and Evening shifts available
What you'll do:
- Greet all new and returning legal-age smokers and nicotine users as they walk in store with a warm, friendly attitude and be attentive to their needs
- Verification of interested consumers to ensure they are 21 years of age or above.
- Take a consumer-centric approach in remembering existing consumers who have already visited the store and understanding their preferences
- Uncover the needs of legal-age smokers and nicotine users, understand their preferences, and other additional information to help convert them to smoke-free products
- Following procedures and local regulations, conduct a personalized product trial with a legal-age smoker or nicotine user, allowing them to experience the products and consumables while adapting to the individual
- Consistent with a consumer-centric approach offer technical support with product and additional accessories, replacements to aide in the legal-age smoker and nicotine users' complete conversion to smoke-free products
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and system reconciliation
- Daily cleaning to meet guidelines and store standards
- Other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- You have Field Sales or Retail Sales experience
- You have Knowledge of retail Point of Sales systems
- You thrive off consumer engagement with an ability to build experiences across multiple skillsets, including sales and consumer service
- You have an ability to build strong relationships through active listening and empathy
- You have outstanding organizational, and prioritization skills
- You have excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- You can work independently at times with little direction, as well as work collaboratively with other sales representatives
- It's a plus if you are bilingual in Spanish, but it's not required
- You are 24 years of age, or older.
