Clothes Mentor Springfield is looking for business-savvy, customer-service oriented team members who are interested in training to be Resale Buyers + Shift Lead/Sales Leaders.
Primary job duties are to review customer items for current fashions and offer a fair price based on our computerized pricing system. Must be able to work independently AND collaboratively. Must have significant knowledge of fashion trends, popular brands and designers. Must be quick to learn on computers and comfortable with internet search. This position requires an ability to work under time pressure and to be able to work with customers in a customer service oriented mindset. Ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift at least 40 lbs. required. If you have a keen eye for fashion and an interest in retail, this is a great opportunity.
All employees are asked to bring positivity to the store and engage with customers to ensure that they are receiving the care and attention consistent with Clothes Mentor's business philosophy. Must be interested in helping customers to find looks and put together fashions as a personal stylist. Ability to merchandise and create interesting, cohesive displays throughout the store a plus. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
