Overview
The purpose of the SVP National CorrespondentReal Estate Sales is to oversee and create the development of a national network of correspondent and broker relationships supporting Mortgage and Home Equity sales and originations. This role contributes to the Real Estate lending operating budget, ensures healthy annual revenue generation, and also increases assets that significantly impact the financial performance of the Credit Union. This position manages the Credit Union's Real Estate lending correspondent and broker origination products and services as well as builds and maintains a national network of mortgage and home equity producers, supports strategic business planning, ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and Credit Union standards, and selects and develops qualified staff. This includes developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and cross-selling strategies, developing key relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, driving portfolio growth and profitability, monitoring sales and operations for compliance, ensuring proper execution of new product research, development and implementation. This position also participates in the annual budget process and business plans for the Chief Consumer Lending Officer and ensures a competitive knowledge in the market within the field of Real Estate lending, as well as the financial market. This position will manage the relationship support team that will maintain and integrate new lending partners nationally in support of Mortgage and Home Equity products.

General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree
