Retail Sales Representative

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail Sales and management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve revenue targets
- Train and develop store staff in areas such as product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure high performance
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash register management, and security protocols
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with regional managers to develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Manage store budgeting processes, including expense control and revenue forecasting

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred but not required
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic accounting principles
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
