Retail Sales Rep / Merchandiser

DBZ Enterprises is actively seeking a Retail Sales Rep and Merchandiser responsible for:

• Increasing and maintaining product distribution, merchandizing and POS placement

• The area of responsibility is OK, IA, IL, MO and KS

• Travel up to 50% of the time

• Implementation of authorized Corporate, Regional, and Marketing activities​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Sell and merchandise DBZ products to independent discount tobacco outlets and independent stores

• Ensure DBZ products are merchandised, visible and available for purchase by adult consumers

• Retail Sales Rep and Merchandiser will report directly to Retail Sales Manager

Work Responsibilities

• Execute Corporate and Regional sales goals.

• Follow directions on the execution of plans.

• Increase and record distribution of products in stores and distributors

• Optimize in-store presence and visibility on DBZ Enterprises Brands and products

• Achieve and maintain optimum product distribution for new/existing products

• Ensure competitive pricing for all brands in the marketplace

• Educate retail personnel and potential adult consumers on all product, brands and find solutions to best meet the company and customer needs

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the convenience supply chain and CPG industryis a plus buy not required

• Retail, wholesale, grocery, or route sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong planning, communication, and teamwork skills

• Ability to work 40+hours per week including up to 50% travel

• Valid driver’s license, a good driving record and reliable insured vehicle
