As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products within supermarkets our supermarket acocunts along your assigned local or regional sales route. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of product displays, ordering products to replenish stock, and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients and their in-store representatives.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Willlingness to be on the road up to 100% of the shift (no overnights required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to take on new or different responsibilities as needed.
- The ability to lift boxes of up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
- Merchandise and arrange or rearrange product displays to maximize visibility an visual presentation, and drive more sales.
- Ensure products are adaquately stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on product performance.
- Execute promotional activities and sales initiatives in-store.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Keep accurate records of your daily activities and sales data.
