Sales Associates duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions and concerns about our products and recommending the right result. Sales Associates must be able to promptly resolve customer's issues and ensure highest client satisfaction.
Retail Sales Associates Job Duties:
-Greet and Hosts Customers in a Welcoming Manner
- Serve drinks to Customers
- Help Customers by choosing a specific strain of Kratom
- Product knowledge
- Meet Sales goals - Dependability Previous experience as cashier, sales associate, retail associate, retail clerk, counter crew is highly desirable
Requirements:
-Must be over 18 years old
- Experience in Sales or at Retail Stores
- Basic understanding of Sales principles and Customer Service practices
- Proficiency in English - Hands-on experience with POS Systems and transactions
- Solid communication skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Be passionate about providing an excellent service - Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning - Availability to work flexible hours (we are also flexible)
- Ability to work and perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Education and Experience Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-1-3 years of Sales or Retail Experience
