We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Marine/Fishing department.
### Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases
- Stock shelves and ensure products are neatly organized
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
### Requirements:
- Previous experience in Retail Sales/customer service is preferred but not required
- Boating and Fishing knowledge/experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays
