Retail sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new leads through retail and sales promotions.
- Directly communicate with prospects through retail pitches to understand their needs and look for sales opportunities.
- Represent our F500 clients with professionalism.
- Assist the team in meeting the weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas set by the company.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Become a subject matter expert to effectively explain and demonstrate unique selling features of products and services.

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lead role including retail or a related sales position is preferred.
