Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales? We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a dynamic kiosk sales position. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail kiosk.
Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right products and provide engaging product demonstrations at our kiosk.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including proficient cash handling.
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor within our kiosk, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
- Responsibility to be punctual and adhere to scheduled shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of the kiosk.
Experience:
- Preferably, previous experience in Retail Sales, particularly in kiosk settings.
- Proficiency in basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions.
- Effective communication skills in multiple languages, with proficiency in Spanish (bilingual/multilingual skills are advantageous).
- Experience in jewelry sales is a valued asset.
