Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will generate sales through exceptional customer relations and product knowledge on all things fetish and kink. Required Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive sales by providing courteous, friendly, proactive, and efficient service while maintaining the Mr. S Leather brand experience.
• Demonstrate strong interest and credible expertise in our products; translate this knowledge into value for our customers.
• Resolve service needs and customer questions, maintaining Mr. S Leather's customer service quality standards.
• Perform daily point-of-sale maintenance and transactions.
• Effectively stock, sort, tag, and label merchandise, execute visual directions, and ensure a compelling presentation.
• Maintain a clean and presentable sales floor.
• Comply with company safety procedures and safety-first culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Outstanding active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and positive attitude.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to adapt, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a changing environment.
• Comfortable working in a sex and kink-positive environment.

Required Educational Level, Equipment/Software Experience or Certifications

• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and equipment.
• Ability to solve simple math equations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to stand or walk for 8 hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
