We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at 3rd Street Boxing Gym. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the Front Desk area. We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at 3rd Street Boxing Gym. As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the Front Desk area. Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and prospective members
- Provide tours for prospective members
- Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with good follow-through.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness facility
- Accurately record client information and accept payments
- Schedule classes and appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Ensure gym rules and systems are followed
- Familiarity with any/all of the following software is a big plus: Mindbody, G-suite, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Canva, Perkville
- Interest/experience in boxing is a plus!
- Friendly and professional disposition
- Punctual and reliable.

- A passion for health and fitness
- Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or Front Desk experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic
- Familiar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Ability to multi-task
