We're popping up in New York from April - July 2024 and we're looking for experienced Retail Assistants to join us on a temporary contract to help provide an exceptional experience for our customers in New York. We have full time and part time shifts available.
We believe in having a first-class, customer focussed store experience and are looking for Sales Assistants to help us deliver exceptional service to everyone who walks into a RIXO store.
We’re looking for individuals who represent and can empathise with the diversity of our customer base, whether it be size, shape, background, age or demographic – everyone is welcome at RIXO. A love for RIXO is imperative to this role, as you will live and breathe the product and brand values, using both to provide best-in-class service whilst driving our in store conversion rate up.
What you'll be doing day-to-day -
- Welcoming and greeting customers - always keeping a friendly and professional demeanour whilst on the shop floor.
- Offering exceptional and personalised service to all of our customers. Helping determine the needs of the customer and assisting with recommendations where possible.
- Utilising opportunities for upselling through styling and ordering out-of-stock items via other stores or from our e-commerce website.
- Helping with stock management and preparing items for the shop floor where needed.
- Keeping up to date and following all employee policies and procedures.
About you -
- You are a strong ambassador of the brand - you are aware of the RIXO story and can share it with customers effortlessly.
- You have an eye for style and can offer styling advice to customers.
- You are a natural at sales and have the ability to make customers feel comfortable and great about themselves.
- You are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You are happy to support your colleagues and work together to ensure the smooth running of the store.
- A bonus if you have experience working in a premium womenswear retail role previously.
The salary for this role will be $20-24 per hour based on the experience of the candidate.
