NXT Capture is currently seeking a Retail Manager to join their team at Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster Pennsylvania 17601.

Job Summary:
As a Retail Manager you’ll help capture guests at their best moments, using technologies such as green-screen and automated ride capture product.
You’ll be responsible for generating excitement and awareness to our image capture experiences and then selling images captured to guests, in an energetic, high-tech retail environment.
We don’t require photography experience; we’ll show you the ropes! We do require individuals who are outgoing, responsible and share in our passion of delivering amazing moments to our guests, in a fun team environment.
A Retail Manager is responsible for leading and motivating their team of photographers and cashiers, managing the day-to-day operations of the location, maintaining up to date promotional material and hiring/training new staff.
Retail Managers will always act in accordance with NXT Capture’s policies, practices, and core values.
The ideal candidate must have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting weekly sales goals, be an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. An associate or higher degree preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- 3+ years of experience working in a retail sales environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Compensation:
- The salary range for this position is $50,000/- to $70,000/- annually with bonus; commensurate with experience. A competitive benefits’ package.
