Pay Rate: $58,000 and up, plus Profit Sharing
What you’ll be doing
- Coach: Rally & grow 16+ associate team of Sales Associates and Merchandisers
- Merchandise: Creatively guide building of quality displays; no planograms here
- Customer: Develop rapport with regulars, interact widely
- Active: On the floor 75% of the time to support customers/team and ensure quality
- Resolve: Escalated customer issues via win/win approach
- MOD: Open/close & cover storewide
What we want from you
- Retail: 2+ years successful experience in fast-paced retail; apparel, jewelry desired
- Manage: 10+ direct reports while positively engaging associates often
- Success: $18 million + in annual sales
- Initiative: Keep ahead of ever-changing product influx/selection and high customer traffic
- Support: Role model and leader of exceptional customer experience
- Detail: Leverage data, e.g., sales reporting, shrink research, retail schedules

We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We process dozens of trailers each week and more than several million unique SKUs annually, selling this inventory through our well-known, local retail store (11,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week) sales channels.
