Retail Management Academy Trainee

Responsibilities:

- Participate in a comprehensive management training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in Retail Management.
- Learn and apply wireless sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities to optimize store performance.

Pay: $22.84 - $25.24 per hour
