As a member of the Human Resources team, this role is responsible for Retail Learning & Development content creation and management to meet the needs of Crocs' Regional Retail teams to drive high levels of Customer Service and consistent in-store experiences. In partnership with the Learning & Development team, person will be the authority on L&D for Crocs Retail.
What You'll Do
CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM OWNERSHIP
Is responsible for and refreshed the Crocs customer service model called CHARM and HEYDUDE service model called VIBES. These service models are used in over 90 countries. This position responsible for the reinforcing and building customer service model and culture to all global employees.
RETAIL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT AT STORE MANAGERS CONFERENCE SUPPORT
Owns the management and creation of events needed by retail operations that tie to global HR strategy. This is a yearly event and will require strong project management skills.
SEASONAL AND CORE PRODUCT TRAINING OWNERSHIP
Is responsible for managing and creating global seasonal and core product training for Crocs and HEYDUDE. Strong partnership with global merchandising team along with global retail L&D to identify learning objectives and training needs.
LMS SUPPORT
Manages global Retail content in LMS for stores and partners. Supports system admins as needed through ongoing training including Tier 2 client support.
REGIONAL SUPPORT
This individual will meet with Global regional partners to understand and analyze, retail and partner (aka distributor) needs. They will handle the global retail training calendar and help bridge the gap from corporate to regional support. They will facilitate communication between the regions.
CONTENT CREATION
Manage global templates and course updates. Build retail & product courses and content to align with regional needs including management of content for partner stores. Support the implementation of global corporate programs into Retail. Creator of global L&D content as needed.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a learning and development role, with a track record of designing and delivering effective training and leadership development programs.
• Think beyond conventional boundaries to explore new possibilities and opportunities.
• Strong relationship skills - able to collaborate and engage multiple business stakeholder to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.. Proficient in eLearning software (i.e. Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge and experience with digital design, photo editing, video editing, audio editing.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cyclical product training (season, core, licensed, etc.) preferred.
• Global experience - working across multiple time zones, managing translations, and global stakeholders.
• Master's degree
Travel Requirements
• 25% travel may be requited of this position.
• Travel to domestic stores at least once a quarter.
• Travel to the Broomfield office and Boston office for required meetings/trainings or urgent matters of business. Anticipated to be quarterly.
