The District Manager is the reference point for the stores of a certain geographic region, supporting them with the aim of maximizing sales outcomes. The District Manager works within the stores to align them with the relevant brand’s sales and visual merchandising policies. In addition, through consistent visits, he or she passionately trains and guides the staff to reach the established goals, standing out as an example within the store.
You will be working in collaboration with your Sales Director and will be in charge of the following:
- Managing multiple Teams at the same time
- Developing plans to increase sales or profitability
- Implementing business strategies to ensure all Stores meet expectations
- Ensuring operations run smoothly on the sales floor
- Organizing monthly meetings with all Store Managers to ensure all teams are aligned and best practices are constantly followed
- Preparing various weekly/monthly reports for Management and Sales Director
- Ensuring each store delivers value and excellence to the clients
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of previous Managerial experience in a Fashion Retail environment
- Accuracy when managing statistics and numbers
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused on business development and people management
- Detail-oriented and ability to envision all aspects of business
- High level of flexibility, including weekends and Holidays during peak season
- Down-to-earth approach, pragmatic mindset, hands-on experience
- Committed to ongoing learning and development
- Previous experience with European brands will be a plus
Compensation: $85K -$95K based on experience plus bonus
