As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique, ensuring excellent customer service, managing part-time staff, and driving sales. ```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of the retail store, including sales, customer service, store maintenance, and staff supervision
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed store targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product placement and maximize sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- A strong interest in fashion and a keen sense of personal style

- Ability to problem solve in various situations

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team while also being willing to learn and grow as a leader
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and owners
- Experience with POS systems
