Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the boutique and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering product recommendations and styling advice.
Sales Generation:
Proactively approach customers to promote featured products, new arrivals, and special promotions.
Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the boutique's product offerings, including apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products.
Stay updated on current fashion trends and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
Merchandising and Visual Presentation:
Assist with merchandising tasks, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining visual presentation standards.
Ensure that the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Transaction Processing:
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
