Retail Associate

Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as Retail Associatesat our Comfort Option store at The Keystone Fashion Mall in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part time position, and the ideal individual would have evening and weekend availability. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to add a second job, someone working while pursuing advanced education, or someone looking to re-enter the workforce.

The primary role of the Retail Associate is to engage customers within our retail store, selling both the Comfort Option and Foamnasium lines. However, this opportunity is beyond the typical retail cashier or sales associate. Our Retail Associates are true product ambassadors. This role is required to learn, understand, and communicate the aspects of our brands that differentiates us from our competitors. Tasks within this role will include engaging with customers within the store and maintaining consistency in communication aligned with our brands.

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, an interest and passion for talking with people, a quick learner, and someone who is comfortable and competitive selling higher end products. Must have basic computer skills, be physically able to lift and carry 20 pounds routinely, and be comfortable with flexible hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
