Requirements:
- Fire Alarm License is a Plus
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Low Voltage.
- Experience reading blueprint and site maps.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Familiar with hand tools, power tools and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to handle a physical workload.
- Knowledgeable in Low Voltage.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair or upgrade fire alarm systems and program control panels for fire alarm systems with the guidance plans and electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with current codes and regulations.
- Dressing, lacing and splicing cables.
- Terminating panels.
- Follow Safety Regulations.
- Run Low Voltage cabling.
- Complete all wiring, connections and equipment installations ensuring that fire alarm systems follow electrical and fire codes.
