Retail Associate

We are are a new business starting out, and looking for a Retail Associate to become an integral part of our team! At Freeze Dry It, we aim to an inviting and fun environment for however may enter our shop! We love to have ideas flowing to make our day to day a better/easier experience and are looking to serve our patrons in the best way we can. Bring your creative minds and business knowledge to help each one of us grow and gain experience! Don't forget your working boots either, there is plenty of work to be done!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Assist in the process of making freeze dried candy
• Package and help ship inventory
• Assist maintaining the cleanliness of the shop

Qualifications:

• Energetic, friendly and helpful customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Works well in a team atmosphere as well as individually
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be comfortable with sales
• Looking for a full time/part time position
