Guiry’s, a local retailer of paint, decorating and fine art supplies is seeking a full-time Associate for our Parker, Colorado location.
Family-owned and operated since 1899, Guiry’s has been one of Metro Denver’s premier paint, art, and decorating retailers with a longstanding reputation for providing quality products and excellence in customer service.
Our Associates work closely with both painting contractors and retail customers.
Responsibilities of the Paint Associate include:
- Assisting customers with all necessary supplies for their painting and art projects
- Mixing and matching colors
- Loading and unloading trucks with art materials, paint and paint sundries
- Stock merchandise – rotate, straighten and rearrange as needed
- Handle credit and cash transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Flexibility and helping in all departments
- Position requires working at least one weekend day per week
- Current Store hours are M-F 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Sat 8:00AM - 5:00pm, and Sun 10:00 am - 5:00pm. You must have availability during all store hours.
Qualifications include:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience delivering excellent customer service (retail environment preferred).
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

- Self-motivated, hard-working, punctual and neat appearance
- Must be able to lift 75lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
