We are looking for someone to join our team in a Retail Associate role. Bluebird Kids Clothing Co. is a fun & fresh kids’ apparel & accessories store in Breckenridge and we strive to provide a shopping experience and selection that sets us apart from other ski town stores.

• A positive attitude & enthusiasm to match the desired atmosphere for an upbeat kids store
• Gets along well with colleagues
• Prioritizes an organized work environment
• Accountable and reliable
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule that must include nights and weekends
• A huge plus if you have previous retail experience or any additional relevant experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• A variety of tasks in the daily upkeep of a retail store
• Bringing good, positive energy to your work environment and in helping customers
• Customer service in a retail setting and providing excellent, consistent customer service
• Stocking, organizing, and cleaning the store
• Communicate effectively with other employees, managers, and owners
• Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

BENEFITS & PAY

• $18-28/hr depending on availability and experience
