Restraints And Containments Crew Lead

Basic Purpose Summary:

To lead a team to safely and successfully rig up and rig down equipment, using, and operating heavy equipment, and being able to lift heavy materials.

Characteristic Responsibilities:

· Rig up or down equipment such as shower trailers, trash trailers, light towers, containments, restraints, etc.

· Rig up or down restraints from Wellhead, flowback pipes, pump trucks, missiles, Zippers, etc.

· Filling out JSA forms, ensure work is performed safely and comply with all safety procedures of the company including the use of proper PPE.

· Work in yard with rental equipment to prepare for upcoming jobs.

· And other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Requires medium to heavy work, including continuous physical exertion such as frequent bending, lifting, or climbing

Requires explaining facts, interpreting situations, or advising individuals of alternative or appropriate courses of action. This level also requires interviewing or eliciting information from other employees

Independent Action:

Requires making a limited number of choices in selecting among alternative courses of action under supervisory guidance and in performing job functions according to a variety of prescribed policies or procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 2 to 3 years yard or field work experience.

License/Certification: Valid Texas driver’s license.

Must be flexible to a changing work environment, available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. Must be a team player, self-motivated and able to prioritize.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
