Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for restoring and repairing properties that have been damaged by water, mold, or other disasters. Your expertise in the restoration industry will be utilized to assess damage, develop restoration plans, and execute repairs. If you have experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Assess damage to properties and develop restoration plans
- Perform water extraction and drying procedures
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth
- Remove and dispose of hazardous materials, such as asbestos
- Use power tools and hand tools to build or repair structures
- Conduct carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Experience:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is required
- Proficiency in water damage restoration techniques
- Knowledge of mold remediation procedures
- Familiarity with asbestos abatement protocols
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- WRT certification Required. ASD preferred
