The Cow is seeking to fill server positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with other servers to ensure that the guests have a positive dining experience. Bartending experience is highly recommended and desired. Servers are expected to be extremely friendly, outgoing and capable of multitasking while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and ensure correct food is prepared.
- Deliver food to customers.
- Make drinks from craft cocktail list.
- Answer customers' questions and direct them to the appropriate person (e.g. waiter, manager, etc.).
- Perform side duties as directed by manager (e.g. cleaning, stocking products, etc.).
- Listen to customers' requests and solve their problems.
- Serve a wide variety of foods in a pleasant manner.
- Deal calmly with any angry or upset customers.
- Follow guidelines for handling money that is received from customers or delivered to the kitchen staff.
- Be punctual.
