Restaurant Team Member

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as bussers, servers, bartenders and hosts at our location. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant

- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into Toast POS system

- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service

- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of our customers

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred

- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations

- Proficient in handling cash and credit card transactions

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and Team Members

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
