Job Summary:
As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks to ensure a smooth operation, from taking orders and preparing food to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, take orders, answer questions, and ensure a positive dining experience.- Food Preparation: Prepare and package food items according to Chick-fil-A's quality and safety standards.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain cash register integrity.
- Food Safety: Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling, cooking, and storage of food products.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, kitchen, and equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Team Members to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
- Compliance: Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress code.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and any special offers.
- Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet customer demand and ensure timely order fulfillment.
