Shift Manager Responsibilities:
• Organizes and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Promotes a positive service-oriented culture and fun teamwork environment
• Ensures the entire team adheres to company operation policies and procedures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
Shift Manager Qualifications:
• Must be 18 or older to apply
• 2-3 years Restaurant experience within a leadership role
• Food Handler certification may be required
• Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitations standards
